Hi all,

Here's the meeting schedule for the incoming HCI students (attached).

Please see what time(s) you need to be available at your desk. After your meeting with a student, please drop him/her off at the desk of their next meeting. Also, please check if the student you are meeting with is scheduled with a faculty member just before you, in which case, you will also need to go to the faculty office to pick the student up.

At 12:15 pm sharp, we have the lab tour, so please guide them to the reception desk at the DGP entrance if you have a meeting in the 11:45 to 12:15 slot.

Please feel free to approach the meetings as you like. Usually, we demo/talk about our research, about their interests, their queries, and anything else including the lab, University, logistics etc.
