[Hci-external] HCI Reading Group "Ubicomp's Colonial Impulse" 2PM Friday June 29 @ Seminar Room

Hello all,

We continue our bi-weekly reading group this Friday, June 29th, at 2PM. We will be reading Paul Dourish and Scott Mainwaring's paper "Ubicomp's Colonial Impulse"

Continuing with the theme of "big ideas", this should help us think critically about the social impact of the work we do developing cool technologies.

I will "champion" the paper this week by reading the paper thoroughly and leading the discussion, highlighting why I think the work is important.
