[Hci-external] Future HCI Meetings

Hi all,

This week, we discussed some potential changes to the HCI meeting format. From those who attended, it seems there is some interest in meeting more regularly: once a week. This is effectively what we used to do back when TUX talks used to be bi-weekly.
