This might interest you if you are working in the tech industry or know someone who works there. This interview is voluntary (not paid), but the questions will help you explore your position as an immigrant in Canada.

Hi Ishtiaque,
If you have the time, may I kindly request for you to share my call for participants with anyone who may be interested? It would be a great help!
Kind regards,
Mishall
*Call for Participants Begins:*
My name is Mishall Ahmed, and I am writing a dissertation at York University on the impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) in the public sector, specifically in Canadian immigration.
I am inviting participants who are associated in any capacity with, or have experience in, the fields of Immigration, Artificial Intelligence, Automation Technology, Big Tech, Public Policy, Human Rights, Refugee and or Immigration Law (broadly defined).
The aim of this study is to better understand the impacts of new and emerging technologies and what this means for policy formulation in relation to race, gender, and humanitarianism in the Canadian context.
I am requesting interviewees complete a 1-hour interview via audio or visual call (Zoom). Participation in this study is entirely voluntary and participants may withdraw at any time.
I am happy to answer any questions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
