Hi everyone, I spoke to Jiannin, and let's have have an HCI meeting Tue 2 July (this Tue) on the topic of Learning & Improving Semi-Structured Interview Techniques. (I'll be away the following week so I asked to go earlier). I have several new grad students joining who are excited to learn about this topic and discuss with other people who are doing it. Hi everybody, Hope you are all well and enjoying the warm weather! I just wanted to let you know that we have a movie night tonight at Room 5256 Bahen, starting at 7:30 pm. We are going to watch a documentary called "The True Cost", which talks about the impact of the clothing industry on the environment and people who make them. Hello all, We are having our HCI meeting on Tuesday June 25th. The time and location is 12.30 - 2.00, at the DGP seminar room, as usual. We do not have a presenter this week. Instead, we will watch Hiroshi Ishii’s Lifetime Achievement Award talk at CHI this year (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6D1A9J0qIE) and have some free-form discussions on the talk, or ongoing research, or anything you’d like to bring up. Dear Students, I am feeling better now, and I want to schedule our weekly meeting starting from next week.
