I repaired the Makerbot Z18 tonight - It had a rather nasty clog that required a complete disassembly and cleaning of the extruder.

Hi John,
The Z18 belts/motors aren't working correctly - it won't run a true print if it isn't a simple shape like a square. We're using only the one Dremel and Stratasys printer at the moment. Did your test print turn out correctly?

Hi John,
I didn't run a test print as the filament spool that I was using was close to empty.
Have you tried running the manual calibration?
