Depending on the complexity of the scenario (which is completely configurable), the manager in training must handle the responsibility of many projects simultaneously. Each project has 3 indicators associated with it:
- Cost: Is the project's allotted budget being respected?
- Time: Is the project's deadline being respected?
- Quality: Are the project's technical specifications being respected?

Each project has specific requirements, and only workers with the proper skills will be able to lead the project to completion.
The manager must therefore properly analyze a project's requirements and assign the right workers for the right job. If some skills are lacking, employees can be sent on training courses.
