These attributes range from the typical stress and energy, to more precise work related ones such as risk taking, desire for variety and recognition. The agent's behavior models incorporates these fluents to create a dynamic, realistic and non-deterministic simulation where anything can happen:

All actors (including the trainee) in the simulation possess an agenda. This allows the user to clearly visualize his team members' activities and more importantly schedule meetings with them. The meetings can touch on topics such as project advancement and other work related issues. Potential ambiance problems can also be addressed.

Workload

The trainee must at all times be aware of his agents' workload. Not enough work leads to boredom and a decrease in motivation and pleasure whereas too much work can cause stress and fatigue. This must be properly handled by the manager if he wishes to have a productive team.
