Hello Sir,

I am happy to coordinate the roundtable. And it would be fun to host a Colorado folk. :)

Sadly, I don't see the DGP seminar room available for the slot. Should we think about alternatives?

Thanks,
Rifat

Hi Group,

You may already know that Robert Soden is visiting UofT this Thursday and Friday as a faculty candidate (being considered for a joint position between CS and environmental science). Here is his profile: http://robertsoden.io/

Robert does very interesting work with mapping and disaster management that many of you like.

His talk in on Thursday 11am (find details in the attachment).

On Thursday, there is a Graduate student roundtable at 4:15. We need a student coordinator for this. Rifat, do you want to volunteer? I encourage all of you to attend this roundtable and talk to him. He is a very knowledgeable person and you will love talking to him.

On Friday, at 2:45 I will have him visit DGP. You can show your project to him. If you have a poster, paper, video, or artifact ready to show, please keep them prepared. Please make sure you are at DGP at that time.

Best Regards,
Ishtiaque
