Hi All

The ICTD conference is deadline is approaching (December 20, 2019), and it will be held in the coastal city of Guayaquil, Ecuador from June 17-20, 2020. This is the first time this conference is being held in South America, and just for the location, I would highly encourage all of you to submit papers.

Let's discuss any potential paper ideas that any of you might have during this week's ThirdSpace meeting.
