Okay, please discard the email I just sent. Steve is willing to watch the presentation. Sorry for making the confusion.

You will be presenting at 3 pm. :)

Hi Folks,

Steve just told me that he might need to take a break after lunch today, which means he won't be able to make it to the presentation. This is a little sad given I wanted him to see your work, but you will get a chance to meet and talk to him anyway. :)

Hi Folks,

I forgot to do this before, but we are supposed to present our work before Steve tomorrow at 2 pm at DGP seminar room.

I wonder if you can prepare slides on your work so that you can talk for 10-15 mins? Steve loves ethnography and he will like to hear your fieldwork and what you saw there. I know it is a very last minute call within the weekend, but I was thinking of having presentations from (in order). Each will be 15 minutes max:

1. Yasaman - You work in Toronto and Tehran
2.  Tushar - your fieldwork on stigma
4.  Rifat - Your work in Mosques

To keep the presentation short and simple, you can follow this:

1. title - 1 slide
2. your intro - 1 slide
3. project name and objectives - 1 slide
4. fieldsite - 1 slide
5. your methods - 1 slide
6. interesting findings - 3 most interesting findings in 3 slides (each with a picture and a quote)
7. theories - 1/2 slide (major theory that you are using in analysis)
8. future work - 1 slide
9. thanks - 1 slide

Please use this google folder to upload your sildes: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1tt9axqFL9UYAgkBbAKjpaemLhVtJXgAD?usp=sharing

Please confirm to me soon that you are presenting. Please note that Steve's feedback can heavily contribute to your research. So, please try to take this chance.

Best Regards,
Ishtiaque
