Some of you attended Lilly Irani's talk on her new book, "Chasing Innovation" on Friday where she discussed how the governments of many countries focusing on entrepreneurship ability of the citizens for their development. This is a very new paradigm in development history and Lilly collected some compelling stories from Delhi, India. If you are interested to read the book, it is here (pre-print version).
