Can someone make sure there's a social norm it's okay to just chat and say hello for first 10-15 mins?

I suggest a social norm it's ok to chat and say random things during Zhicong's presentation.

And let me know if you have any feedback/requests. e.g. if I'm being micro-managey, or you have a better way to achieve the goals I'm getting at that meets the "user needs". i'm just trying to make sure you all do things that lead to enjoying yourself more, rather than what happens in many online meetings where everyone sits around awkwardly waiting for someone to take the lead :D
