Hello Daniel,

I have arranged for all meetings to be at the DGP meeting room, Hopefully no one needs that room and everyone will meet her there. Unless anyone wants to show something then Ill being her to their desks. From my understanding , most meetings are to discuss certain issues and topics more than demo. No meeting will occur at the 7th floor.

Please also ensure that Merrie doesn't have to run up and down between the 7th and 5th floors. Folks who don't have a desk on 5 should plan to meet her in the kitchen.
