The technician has been in and serviced the F170 Stratasys printer in
5180. We've run a test print and think we know the issue that caused
the problem - the head change and excessive vibration taking the unit
out of calibration. The unit was serviced, power cycled, disconnected
from power and then when powered up a manual calibration was run.
After adjusting the for the manual calibration (it showed it was out of
the required tolerances) an automatic calibration was run and another
manual calibration to confirm the results of the automatic one (the
manual calibration showed it was aligned within tolerances). It's been
printing for a couple of hours without issue.
