The data is divided into the indoors image pairs and outdoors urban image pairs. 
Within these zips are trees of folders, each leaf folder contains the visible 
(eg StillCap0000_Vis.bmp) and IR (eg StillCap0000_IR.bmp) images. The matlab file
recurseFolders.m shows how a structure can be created to facilitate the loading 
of the image pairs. Note that these images are partially aligned but need fine
adjustment before joint statistics can be performed.
