All of the actors in the simulation can communicate with each other by using: Message content and tonality have a direct influence on an agent's internal and external reaction. The 3 tonalities can be seen just above the "Envoyer" button:
  1. Positive
  2. Neutral
  3. Negative
For instance, if an agent has asked for vacation and is refused rather coldly by the manager, this can dramatically affect affinities towards his superior and even increase stress and frustration.
