My regular office hours are now over, as classes are now over.
I will be holding an additional office hour from 11:30 to 12:30 on Monday
December 12.
If you can't make that time, or if you want to see me prior to that date,
please feel free to contact me to make an appointment.
My office hours are held in my office, BA 3218.
We may move to a larger room sometimes, in which case I will leave a note on
my door.
But the best way to contact me is by e-mail.
I usually read my e-mail quite frequently.
Announcements:
-
Final exam solutions, paper, information
-
All grades information
(some unofficial)
- I am happy to interpret compiler error messages (for my students).
Sometimes the compiler will emit error messages which you might find cryptic.
I won't fix your assignment code for you, but I will tell you more clearly
what a particular error message means. I will, sometimes, fix
non-assignment-related code (although more frequently I'll give you hints
instead).
Old announcements likely not of current interest have been moved to the
end of this file (unless they fit into one of the
categories below).
Most-frequently-accessed items:

- Questions and answers, and other notes
- Example code of various kinds, also in /u/ajr/209/a2

- Sample solutions in /u/ajr/209/a2/soln on CDF.
Note: lsl.c is a basic solution, whereas lsl2.c avoids the length
limit by using malloc().

(and converted from postscript to PDF with "epstopdf")

There is a student in CSC 209 who needs a volunteer notetaker as an
accommodation for a disability. It would be great if someone could
sign up to share their notes.
